Living It Like Lou Bega

A little bit of Mondy in my life
A little bit of Goldie by my side
A little bit of Aubrey is all I need
A little bit of Yuki is what I see
A little bit of Saffy in the sun
A little bit of Violet all night long
A little bit of Kozy here I am
A little bit of you makes me your Blythe

Imagine a weekend of all Blythe, nothing but Blythe! Well, that's what BlytheCon is all about. The new web site has been launched and we hope you like it.

Mommy says thank you so much everyone for all the well wishes! She has been in bed for the past couple days, but will try to hobble into work tomorrow.

Good thing Zeldy and I have been working out. We're gonna need all the strength we can muster to get mommy on her feet.

Mommy's a Lemon

I think I have a lemon for a mommy. She hurt her back again. This would be the 3rd time in 6 months.

On another note, I hear we are getting a sister... Uh oh! I need another pet beetle!

When It Snows, It Pours

Boy, oh, boy!!! It sure did snow a whole bunch yesterday. It was lovely, amazing, fantastic, all that, and a bag of chips!

Zelda, Blanche (one of Jessica's girls), and I spent the day with mom and Jessica in Inman Park for BlytheCon stuff. They met up with Christy from the fabulous ICE shows at Inman Perk Coffee to chat about event planning.

Mom and Jessica were pretty darned thrilled at all the wonderful insights that Christy was so kind to share.

If you love indie craft, then you will love ICE. Awesome crafters come from all over the country to sell their lovely goods. Whether mom is a vendor or a shopper, she always loves ICE. It's an event to look forward to every summer and winter!

After that, June came by and mommy talked even more! I swear, she is one heck of a talker... Zelda, Blanche and I just looked on while they gabbed. * yawn *

Then we took lots of pictures in the snow. Mommy is really bad at dressing me appropriately. One minute, I'm bundled up for a day at the office. Then next minute, I'm wearing a dress and cardigan in the SNOW! Sheesh.

This is Picture 19/365 for the 365 Days Blythe Project. Hopefully, it will remind mommy to dress me more appropriately from now on.

One really sweet and heartwarming thing was that no less than 5 people stopped to talk to mommy and Jessica about us. Everyone was so charmed by Blanche's, Zelda's, and my cuteness! I can't say that I blame them one bit.

Here we are doing our best Charlie's Angels impression. Apparently, I got the pose all wrong... Oops!

Then we went for a little walk. Mom just loves the intown neighborhoods because the houses are so pretty.

After an exciting day, mom and dad went to dinner at their favorite Chinese vegetarian restaurant in Atlanta - Green Sprout. It's absolutely fantastic!!!

Mom and dad are close to getting Zelda's and my new house ready. Yippee! I hope to have some pictures of the new pad soon. I'm getting a little tired of my nomadic lifestyle around the house anyway. Zelda and I need a proper bedroom again!

Ta-ta for now!

Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite

I was being really fussy tonight. Mommy had a hard time getting me to sleep because I was so wound up from the long week.

To help me go to sleep, I asked mommy if she would read Owly to me. She said she would, so Butterbear and I quickly settled into her lap.

I don't know many words yet because I'm still such a little Blythe. Thankfully, Owly is all pictures. Pictures speak a thousand words, though, they say!

Mom read for a little bit, and then Butterbear and I fell fast asleep...

I think she may have snapped Picture 18/365 for the 365 Days Blythe Project while I was sleeping.

Sweet dreams everyone!

POS BRB

Parent over shoulder!

Be right back!

Mommy caught me on MySpace. Eeeeks!

She snapped Picture 17/365 to remind me of my mischief in 2008 for the 365 Days Blythe Project.

Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we've no place to go,
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

Can you believe our good fortune today? It snowed! It's been years since Atlanta's had any meaningful amount of snow.

Even though there was quite a dusting, it still wasn't much. That snow needs some fortification! So I decided I'd do my part and make a little snowflake.

Then I took my little snowflake outside and released him to the world, while mommy snapped Picture 16/365 of the 365 Days Blythe Project. Fly away little snowflake! Bring lots of happiness to others!

I must say, the world is now a happier place with my little snowflake out there.

Mommy also wants to send her love to all of her friends. Thanks for all the support! And she says not to worry... It's nothing bad. Hopefully, we'll get to share more someday about her big decision.

I'm off to surprise Zeldy with some snow on her pillow. No, really, she likes surprises! Hee hee!

Toodles!
